These terms apply when you use Habits, a habit tracker made by Born Opus. By using Habits, you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies too, and these terms add to it.
Using Habits
- Habits is for your own use, on Apple devices you own or control.
- Your habits and what you log are yours. Habits changes them only when you ask it to.
- Don't use Habits to break the law or to harm anyone, and don't try to take the app apart or get around how it works.
Your habits
Habits keeps your habits on your iPhone. They aren't backed up by us, so keep your iPhone backed up if they matter to you.
Not medical advice
Habits helps you keep track of what you do. It isn't medical, health or professional advice, and it doesn't replace it. Talk to a professional before changing anything about your health.
Habits AI
- Habits AI uses Claude, from Anthropic, with your own API key. Anthropic's terms cover your use of it, and Anthropic bills you directly. The costs Habits shows are estimates.
- Habits AI can get things wrong, so check what it says before you rely on it.
- Keeping your key safe, and what it's used for, is up to you.
Sign in with Apple
Signing in is optional and uses your Apple Account, which Apple's terms cover.
No guarantees
Habits is provided as it is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't promise it will always work or be free of mistakes.
Liability
As far as the law allows, Born Opus isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, that come from using Habits. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be taken away.
Changes
We may update Habits and these terms. If the terms change in a way that matters, we'll say so in the app, and using Habits after that means you accept them. You can stop using Habits at any time by deleting it.
